Here's the fine print for FL inc. policies securing service time and servi ce waivers:
*A deposit is necessary to secure an appointment. The standard deposit is 100% of supplies plus 50% of service, with the remainder due on the day of service. You can make deposits easily through paypal, or Fiercelocks inc can take a card number over the phone.
* This establishments does business with adults 18 and over, if you are a minor you must have a legitimate guardian secure and render payment for your service as well as sign all necessary waivers.
* Please read over waiver to understand that Fiercelocks inc is NOT obligated to give you money back for a missed appointment or one cancel'd last minute. In fact you are responsible for full payment on any appintment you secure time for and fail to attend.
*If working with 100% cash only, Fiercelocks inc requires 100% of service fee and 100% of supply clost up front.
*A note to those without paypal,credit cards/debit cards/living off the grid/under 18/whatever…….We all realize cash is king. FierceLocks inc. is happy to receive cash for services, naturally. However, if you choose to live completely plastic/bank account free or are currently forced to suffer the consequences of a more recent birth year it is simply going to be less convenient for you to reserve consults and services with FierceLocks inc.. Employees of FierceLocks Inc. do NOT secure time without assuring it will be paid for. When the cash deposit is accounted for, you may then choose your dates and secure them for services. Even with non-refundable down payments, it has proven surpisingly common for clients to FORGET appointments, LOSE the balance owed, LEAVE town for an emergency sabbatical. If we have a paypal email addy, or a credit card number on file, we at FierceLocks inc. reserve the right to bill for or charge the individual for the service requested or the remainder of time the company has set aside for the individual.
This is the liability waiver verbiage. I will have you sign one of these when I take your deposit and secure your appointment. If you are not 18 then you must have a parent or guardian over 18 sign this when I take your deposit and secure your appointment. If you'd like to print the waiver (pdf) and bring a signed copy with you, please feel free to do so.
I take full responsibility for the service I am setting an appointment to receive. I understand my deposit is NON refundable and if I fail to arrive at my set appointment my credit card will be charged or I will be billed by paypal for the remaining amount. I understand I must give 48 hours notice if I need to reschedule. If I must cancel for any reason I understand the deposit will NOT be relinquished to me, however, if I do give 48 hours notice my obligation to pay the remaining amount of the service charge will be waived and my card will NOT be charged for the remaining amount. 48 hours is not negotiable, if I call the day of, or the day before, my remaining balance will NOT be waived and I WILL be responsible to pay the remaining amount. I understand there are NO refunds on service or supplies.

For cash only clients: I understand the full amount of my service is due at the time of securing my appointment. 50% of that which is a deposit, is completely non refundable. If I do cancel my service 48 hours before my scheduled appointment I understand that 50%, which would be the remaining service cost and NOT the deposit will be given back to me in the form of a check from FierceLocks Inc. Should it happen I must cancel my service, and I do so 48 hours in advance, I understand I need to give a proper address to FierceLocks inc. in order to receive a refund check.
